Walk the market. Earn its trust.

I'm Suva. I lead go-to-market across Asia, Africa and the Middle East for Ding, after joining as a founding team member of Taptap Send's UAE launch. I build companies, work with founders, and connect operators across four cities and five languages.

A belief I've paid for

Markets aren't learned in boardrooms. They're learned on the streets of Dubai, inside labour accommodations in Riyadh, amid the hustle and bustle of East London, over cups of tea in Istanbul, through the alleyways of Dhaka, in the markets of Naples, and among the street vendors of Rome.

Because markets do not live in spreadsheets. They live in people — their routines, struggles, ambitions, choices, and the quiet compromises they make every day.

You can study the numbers from a distance, but to truly understand a market, you have to walk through it, listen to it, and earn its trust.

01  / Beliefs

What I've come to believe.

i.

Communities compound. Channels don't.

Performance marketing buys you a quarter. Ambassadors, WhatsApp groups, and trust networks buy you a decade. The best go-to-market leaders I know spend more time on the streets than in dashboards.

ii.

The corridor is the product.

Don't ship to "a market." Ship to a corridor — the specific journey of money, language, and belonging between two places. Get the corridor right; the product designs itself.

iii.

Great leaders convene.

Titles fade. Networks don't. My job as a leader is to introduce the right people to each other five years before anyone knows why it mattered.

iv.

Founders should keep shipping.

Two of the companies I've built — ActiveWear UAE and Ezelife — exist because I don't want to forget what it costs to ship a real product. The moment an operator stops building, they stop understanding.

v.

Speak the sender's language, not the balance sheet's.

I work across English, Bengali, Hindi, Turkish and French — not to sound cosmopolitan, but because every market I've grown was won in the language spoken at home, not the one printed on the pitch deck.

02  / Operate

How I operate.

Go-to-market leadership

Leading Asia, Africa and the Middle East for Ding — corridor launches, community, partnerships and P&L end-to-end. Before this, founding team member for Taptap Send's UAE launch, heading growth for its regional corridors.

Founder-operator

ActiveWear UAE (B2B fashion, 2021) and Ezelife (B2B cleaning services in Türkiye, 2026). Two companies I run alongside my executive roles — because building keeps thinking honest.

Working with founders

I partner with early-stage founders in fintech, diaspora consumer, and MENA expansion — as a sparring partner, second brain, and door-opener. Selective, quarterly, equity-aligned where it matters.

Network convener

I introduce operators, founders and investors across the GCC, South Asia and Türkiye — the connections that make deals, hires and careers happen.

03  / Now

On the desk.

04  / Network

I operate where the connections live.

Careers get built in cities, but corridors get built between them. I move across four — Dubai, Istanbul, London, Riyadh — because that's where the operators, investors, and diaspora communities I work with actually live.

If you're building something that touches any of these places — or you want an introduction into a room that matters — write to me. The best deals I know of started with a warm introduction, not a cold email.

Who I make time for.

Founders

You're building in a diaspora corridor and need a second brain.

Fintech, payments, marketplaces, MENA/South Asia. I partner with a small number of founders each quarter — as a sparring partner where it makes sense, equity-aligned where it matters.

Operators

You're leading go-to-market and want a sparring partner.

Community activation, ambassador programmes, launch sequencing, corridor economics. Happy to trade notes with GTM leaders anywhere in the world.

Investors

You're deploying into MENA, South Asia, Türkiye, the UK, or the EU.

I introduce operators, share market intelligence, and occasionally advise on portfolio companies. Selective by stage and fit.

Convenors

You're bringing the right people together.

Panels, roundtables, private dinners, closed-door briefings. I speak and participate where the conversation is honest and the room is small.
